NSCC Assistant Facilities Manager

You'll report to the Facilities Manager and support the day-to-day operations of diverse facilities, including HVAC systems and grounds management. Your supervisory role will involve managing custodial staff and ensuring adherence to safety and maintenance protocols. The position requires flexible hours to accommodate campus activities during evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations for campus facilities

• Supervise and direct custodial staff assignments

• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

• Oversee timely maintenance for all campus equipment

• Input and manage equipment data in the Megamation system

Requirements:

• Five years of supervisory experience in facilities management

• Certification in Trades Training or Building Services Technology

• Experience in Preventative Maintenance software

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Strong leadership and project management capabilities
