Experienced Production Supervisor

Position: Experienced Production Supervisor Wanted
Drive excellence in manufacturing as a Production Supervisor with G&W Canada Corporation. Oversee processes and employee performance to ensure the highest quality standards and safety compliance.

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Production Manager while leveraging 5-7 years of experience. Your focus will be on managing resources effectively and engaging with staff to promote a positive work culture. Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Balance productivity, cost, and quality to enhance operations

• Assure effective manpower management and material use

• Issue corrective actions and manage employee performance reviews

• Oversee work order management and root cause investigations

• Enforce safety compliance and conduct training sessions

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of progressive manufacturing experience

• 3 years of supervisory leadership experience

• Understanding of continuous improvement strategies

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Proficient in verbal and written communication
