Founding Head of Growth & Marketing

Over 1 million adults in Australia have ADHD. Most have had to fit themselves into a broken system: long waitlists, disconnected providers, high costs, and support that drops after they get a diagnosis.

Kantoko is building something different.

We’ve designed ADHD care around how people actually live, work and think. One connected care team, ongoing support, and care that can adapt as life changes. Making it easier to access, easier to navigate and easier to stick with.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for our Founding Head of Growth & Marketing who can help us reach the right people.

We're building the marketing function from scratch. There's no JD yet, because this role is still being defined by whoever takes it.

Here's what we know: you'll own marketing end to end, from paid acquisition to brand to community. You'll set the strategy and execute it.

• Be part of an early-stage team
  - we recently closed our seed funding round, so you’ll work closely with the founding team as we enter our next stage of exciting growth!

• ESOP from day 1 - you'll be given ESOP so you have a piece of the value you help create.

• Work that matters - each day you show up, you'll see how your work changes people's everyday lives.

• Bring your whole self to work - one of our team values is to Embrace the Purple. We’re building a workplace where neurodivergent minds, queer individuals and all kinds of humans are not only safe, but empowered to do their best work.

• Flexibility - it's a hybrid role in Sydney, with 3 days a week in Surry Hills (near Central Station). Our days in the office are often spent collaborating, brainstorming and pulling out the whiteboards!
