Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct standardized health assessments for Veterans
• Evaluate respiratory health, spinal integrity, and more
• Submit all necessary assessment documentation accurately
• Provide patient-centered and respectful care
• Work in collaboration with an efficient admin team
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse Practitioner in good standing with NANB
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience preferred
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Criminal Record Check (CRC)
