Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the direction of RNs and physicians
  • Administer medications and perform treatments within LPN scope of practice
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and activities of daily living as required
  • Contribute to care planning and communicate effectively within the care team
  • Uphold patient dignity, safety, and confidentiality at all times
  • Adapt to varied clinical environments across BC communities
Requirements Education

Completion of an accredited LPN nursing program

Certifications

Current registration with BCCNM | Medication Administration Certificate required

Experience

Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience in an applicable care setting in Canada

Technical Skills

Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) | Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
