In this role, you will monitor patient conditions and deliver specialized intravenous or injectable medications under the supervision of the Specialty Pharma Nurse Manager. You will engage with patients through health assessments and care plans, emphasizing safety and effective treatment outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and review personalized patient care plans

• Conduct thorough health assessments and medication teaching

• Initiate IV access through recognized techniques

• Prepare and administer specialized treatments effectively

• Document patient conditions and communicate relevant information

Requirements:

• BSN or equivalent nursing degree

• Good standing registration with the relevant nursing authority

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Background in administering specialty pharmaceuticals
