Compensation and Benefits

$40.55 - $49.99 hourly ($79,072 - $97,480 annually)

$51.74 hourly with 25 years experience

Competitive compensation, signing bonuses, relocation support, health and dental benefits, pension plan and immigration support

Up to $15,000 in recruitment incentives for hard‑to‑fill positions

Health, dental, travel, long‑term disability, and life insurance coverage

Defined benefit pension plan

About the Opportunity
Nova Scotia Health seeks passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to deliver high‑quality patient care across diverse settings. The RN will work with a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative care model, providing care in critical areas including ICU, emergency, medical/surgical, cardiology, operating rooms, public health, long‑term care, mental health & addictions, rural health, and women’s and children’s services.

About You

Registered Nurse with current licensure.
