As a Registered Nurse, you will lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of quality resident care. Assumption of responsibilities in the absence of senior management and aiding in organizational goals are also vital to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and evaluate quality resident care

• Supervise and guide staff in resident care

• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards

• Assist with daily living activities for residents

• Lead implementation of organizational goals

Requirements:

• Current registration with nursing regulatory body

• CPR, First Aid, and Phlebotomy certifications

• Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check

• Strong English communication skills

• Bachelor of Nursing and geriatric experience preferred
