As a Registered Nurse, you will lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of quality resident care. This position entails supervising and guiding staff while ensuring a safe and clean environment. Assumption of responsibilities in the absence of senior management and aiding in organizational goals are also vital to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate quality resident care
• Supervise and guide staff in resident care
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
• Assist with daily living activities for residents
• Lead implementation of organizational goals
Requirements:
• Current registration with nursing regulatory body
• CPR, First Aid, and Phlebotomy certifications
• Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
• Strong English communication skills
• Bachelor of Nursing and geriatric experience preferred
