The LPN position includes a variety of essential responsibilities, collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to deliver excellent care tailored to individuals in long-term and home settings. You will play a pivotal role in supervising Continuing Care Attendants while ensuring personal and community care needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with essential personal care tasks
• Administer medications accurately to patients
• Implement lifts and slings for proper patient transfer
