Job Duties   Support the structure, improvement, and compliance of the Quality Management System
Maintain accurate documentation for quality procedures, templates, and operational forms
Assist in planning and conducting internal quality audits across departments
Coordinate logistics and documentation for external compliance audits
Identify root causes of operational issues and implement corrective actions
Track improvement initiatives to ensure long-term effectiveness
Monitor key performance indicators related to quality management systems
Support training programs and team meetings focused on quality improvement

Job Requirements   Educational background in engineering or a related technical field preferred
At least one year of experience within manufacturing or machine shop environments preferred
Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify quality discrepancies
