ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in all tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
QualificationsMinimum age requirement: 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
