Key Responsibilities:

• Support operational strategies alongside the Store Manager
• Train and motivate store staff
• Monitor expenses and minimize shrinkage
• Ensure effective merchandising and inventory management
Requirements:
• At least 18 years old
• Previous retail or leadership experience essential
• Must be physically capable of standing and lifting 50 pounds
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work up to 38 hours per week
