Customer-Focused Millwork Associate

Position: Customer-Focused Millwork Associate Role
Join The Home Depot team as a Millwork Associate, engaging customers effectively and fostering satisfaction. Help customers find solutions for their projects while driving sales through informed recommendations.

In this role, you will actively seek out customers in the Millwork department, helping them with their inquiries. Your knowledge of product features will enable you to educate customers on their various options, while promoting special services such as Tool Rentals and Pro Services to satisfy their needs. Safety is paramount, and you will adhere to all policies while assisting customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, engage, and thank every customer

• Assist customers in locating merchandise across departments

• Suggest related products to enhance customer projects

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of displays and stock

• Proactively seek knowledge of all products and services

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1 to 2 years of retail or trade experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• Compliance with safety policies and procedures

Contribute to customer satisfaction and sales growth in the Millwork department at The Home Depot.
