Key Responsibilities Ensure shelves are well-stocked and compliant with planograms
Maintain physical stamina for standing and lifting
Oversee product freshness and process unsaleable items
Create compelling displays to increase sales volume
Prepare reports and manage paperwork efficiently
Requirements High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree or 2 years retail experience preferred
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Proficient in basic computer applications
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
