Key Responsibilities:

• Lead store team to create memorable customer experiences

• Model compelling merchandise presentation and customer service

• Manage operations, payroll, and shrink prevention

• Recruit, train, and develop top retail talent

• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of retail supervisory experience

• Proven success in sales and profitability

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and closing shifts
