Michaels Early Morning Service Position

Start your mornings with Michaels in Sydney as an Early Morning Service Team Member by assisting customers and unloading trucks from 5 AM.

Your role will focus on customer service and merchandising.

In this part-time position, you’ll help shoppers find products, ensure a smooth checkout experience, and execute truck unloading tasks. You'll also assist with setting up store displays and maintaining recovery standards to keep the store in top shape. Contribute to our goal of fueling creativity and celebration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in unloading and stocking products

• Provide fast, friendly service to all customers

• Guide shoppers about our Rewards and credit card options

• Handle store recovery and compliance with standards

• Support safety and shrink prevention initiatives

Requirements:

• Background in retail or customer service is preferred

• Ability to stand long hours and lift heavy merchandise

• Must maintain a positive and friendly attitude

• Must be available to start work at 5 AM

• Willingness to take on various assigned tasks
