Position: 3rd Key Sales Associate at Lids
Become a key part of the Lids Sports Group team as a 3rd Key Sales Associate. Drive sales growth and connect with customers in our vibrant retail environment.

In the role of 3rd Key, you are at the heart of our customer engagement strategies. You will foster relationships with customers to help them express their team spirit through our wide range of licensed headwear and apparel. Managing the store environment to meet our visual standards is also a key component of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales through exceptional service and product knowledge

• Ensure store displays meet brand standards

• Assist in inventory management and sales maintenance

• Protect company assets by adhering to policy

• Complete other assigned retail responsibilities

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

• Capacity to stand throughout shifts

• Familiarity with retail inventory practices

• Adhere to Lids company policies
