In this part-time role, you’ll represent the Lids brand and assist customers in selecting their favorite sports gear and apparel. Your strong communication skills and passion for sports will help you create lasting connections with customers, enhancing our reputation as the top sports retailer. Additionally, you’ll manage store operations to ensure compliance with our retail policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets through customer engagement
• Implement visual merchandising per brand standards
• Process inventory efficiently to support stock levels
• Uphold Lids Retail policies to safeguard company assets
• Foster open channels of communication with team members
Requirements:
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent standing and mobility required during shifts
• Experience with Point-Of-Sale systems
• Dress code compliance for professional appearance
