Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and ensure a welcoming experience
• Navigate customers to products across various departments
• Utilize open-ended questioning to identify customer needs
• Promote available services and suggest related items
• Execute daily stock maintenance and ensure cleanliness
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is a must
• 1-2 years of retail or trade experience an asset
• Strong customer-focused communication skills
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Physical ability to handle various tasks including lifting
