As a Hospital Security Guard in a Hospital setting, physical ability and ability to de‑escalate situations is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling and de‑escalating situations in a Hospital environment.

• Hourly wage of $17.33 Qp ($19.40)

P1:
Monday to Friday

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Lead a team of trained Security guards
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Responding to code
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First aid certification an asset is an assett or willing to obtain
• Use of Force is an assett or willing to obtain
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Tactical experience(Asset)
• Customer service oriented
• Leadership and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
