Security Officer at Cape Breton Regional

In this Full-Time position at Paladin Security, your primary duties will include conducting regular patrols and monitoring surveillance systems. You will control access to sensitive areas and assist hospital staff during emergencies, creating a safe atmosphere for all. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of hospital premises and facilities

• Monitor surveillance systems for suspicious activity

• Control entry points and verify authorized personnel

• Act quickly in emergencies, assisting as necessary

• Provide directions and support to visitors and staff

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a Nova Scotia Security License

• Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Relevant experience in security or law enforcement is a plus

• Certification in Use of Force and Aggressive Behavior Management
