Paladin Security is hiring a Full-Time Healthcare Security Officer to protect the Cape Breton Regional Hospital premises. You will manage access control, conduct daily patrols, and respond to emergencies while ensuring calm interactions with patients and visitors. Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol hospital grounds including all entrances and exits

• Handle surveillance operations and report any issues

• Regulate access to restricted areas within the hospital

• Respond to emergencies and assist during evacuations

• Engage with visitors, providing directions and support

Requirements:

• Obtain a Security License for Nova Scotia

• Valid Intermediate First Aid and CPR - Level C

• English proficiency required in written and verbal skills

• Previous security experience or background in law enforcement preferred

• Must be certified in Use of Force and Aggressive Behavior Management
