Reporting to the Service Manager, the Gasfitter II plays a key role in the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and servicing of propane systems. This position supports Avenir Energy’s commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction across residential and commercial operations.

• Install, maintain, and service propane tanks, appliances, and vaporizers

• Perform safe and accurate propane hook‑ups

• Complete work orders, parts ordering, and invoicing

• Support shop and operational activities as needed

• Gasfitter II certification required

• Liquid propane endorsement an asset or willingness to obtain

• Crane ticket and boom truck experience considered assets

• Strong knowledge of CSA B149 Gas Codes

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
