Position: Full-Time Caseworker - Child Care Subsidy Program
Make a positive impact on early childhood development as a Caseworker in the Child Care Subsidy Program. This position with the Department of Education & Early Childhood Development is available in multiple locations.

In this role, you will assess financial needs to determine eligibility for the Child Care Subsidy Program, working collaboratively with families and stakeholders. Your expertise in communication and crisis intervention will help you manage multiple inquiries effectively. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to navigate complex situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze income and applicant circumstances for eligibility

• Conduct annual eligibility assessments for clients

• Ensure effective operation of the subsidy program

• Maintain accurate electronic client files

• Monitor claims for child care payments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• Strong interviewing and communication skills

• Knowledge of case management practices

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to manage diverse client situations
