Protocase is seeking a motivated Co-op Student from DALHOUSIE UNIVERSITY for a 16-week term. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers and developers, contributing to the design and improvement of our software tools. This is a unique chance to work with Java and other object-oriented languages, as well as gaining experience with CAD applications in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop innovative software tools
• Write efficient code using Java or similar languages
• Collaborate with team members on troubleshooting
• Integrate 3D modeling and graphics into applications
• Explore CAD software applications in real projects
Requirements:
• Understanding of Java programming or equivalent languages
• Familiarity with 3D modeling is a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Team-oriented with independent work capability
• Willing to relocate to Sydney, NS
