Class 1 Night Driver

Drive for MBW Courier Inc. as a Class 1 Night Driver in Sydney, NS. This role involves loading, unloading freight, and ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to safety standards.

As a Class 1 Night Driver, you report to the Terminal Manager and handle a range of duties, including pre-trip inspections and completing required documentation. You will prioritize customer service by ensuring safe and organized deliveries across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland while maintaining a reliable and clean vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Daily Pre-Trip and Post Trip Inspections on Tractor & Trailer

• Load and unload freight using delivery assistance devices

• Utilize technology for routing and tracking shipments

• Maintain accurate daily paperwork and reporting

• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety policies

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional driving experience

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License

• High School Diploma

• Good communication and listening skills

• Reliable work ethic and ability to multitask
