What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-focused Receiver to join our logistics team. This isn’t just a behind-the-scenes job—this role is the gateway for all materials coming into our facility. You’ll be the first line of quality control, ensuring every incoming shipment is accurate, accounted for, and properly stored. Your precision helps keep our entire operation running smoothly.
Roles and responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments of raw materials, components, and finished goods
- Verifying packing slips against purchase orders to ensure everything checks out
- Accurately counting and recording inventory
- Safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Labeling and storing materials in the right place
- Communicating any discrepancies, damages, or issues with the appropriate teams
- Pitching in with other logistics tasks when needed
You are detail-driven and take pride in making sure everything is exactly where it needs to be. You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where organization and accuracy truly matter. You’re dependable, safety-conscious, and not afraid to get your hands dirty because you that a smooth-running receiving area is key to keeping everything on track. With that in mind some things that can help you application stand out could be the following:
- Previous experience in receiving or warehouse work (a definite asset)
- Comfortable operating a forklift (valid forklift certification is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying organized
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- A dependable nature and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic computer skills to keep inventory records up to date
In addition to an annual compensation package (inclusive of base salary and a self-driven performance incentive system) starting between $40,557 and $42,798, you’ll enjoy these amazing benefits:
