More About the Marketing Assistant Role at Westpac
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the development and delivery of marketing content across external channels, as well as assist with event and conference coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management, the ability to interpret and summarise analytics reports, and confidence in handling approvals, invoices, and logistics such as courier arrangements.
You’ll be continuously learning in this role, with the Westpac team committed to supporting your development throughout your journey.

📣 Campaign Support – Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
✏️ Copywriting and Content Creation – Draft engaging content for various platforms

📊 Marketing Analytics and Reporting – Download, interpret, and summarise performance data
📅 Event and Conference Support – Help coordinate logistics and materials
