The opportunity

As part of the Marketing team, you’ll be integral to building why our customers love us. You will be

responsible for building digital content on owned marketing channels, ensuring content is on brand,

accurate and aligns with the Marketing roadmap. Alongside the Onsite Manager, Retail Media

Manager and CRM team you will assist in the execution of Marketing campaigns that create brand

awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales.

What you’ll be doing

• End to end execution of Homepage and onsite content, in-line with the marketing calendar

• Content planning, wire framing and landing page builds

• Oversee and deliver trade marketing programmes, to drive key promotional activity

• Account and client management of retail media campaigns

• CMS build and site-merchandising across collections and landing pages to drive strong conversion across the funnel

• Run A/B tests to drive ongoing optimisation of page performance, driving conversions and engagement

• Work closely with CRM team to create high-performing sales and educational email campaigns

• Perform post campaign data analysis and reporting

The ideal toolbox

• Previous hands on experience in a Content Management System (CMS)

• Previous experience in Searchandising and landing page optimisation

• Experience with project execution from design brief to post campaign reporting, managing internal and external stakeholders, across concurring projects

• Data-hungry and comfortable diving deep into campaign performance and drawing insights

• Exposure to and experience across email platforms

• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask●

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Familiarity with SEO-friendly URL structures and website content best practices

• Ability to collaborate with remote or cross-cultural teams

Role location

We believe that building connections and collaborating as Pet Circlers is super important. So this

role is based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days per week in our pet friendly offices (your

pet might love coming to the office even more than you). This is subject to change in line with

business requirements.
