A little about the job....

• Administrative Representative is administrative representative after hours, on weekends and holidays.
• Responsibility of Administrative Representative is to assess activities of all departments in order to assure continuity of care.
• He/she provides continuity in supervision of hospital personnel and provides guidance and direction to maintain quality clinical care along with prudent fiscal management.
• He/she promotes staff, patient, family and physician satisfaction. He/she creates and maintains an environment which promotes mutual trust, acceptance, recognition and respect; demonstrates personal and professional responsibility and assumes accountability for own professional development.
• Administrative Representative reports pertinent information to management and administration.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama. Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and/or health related field. ACLS required.
• Five years management/supervisor experience preferred.
• Two years required. ER and/or ICU experience preferred.
