Certified Nursing Assistant - Overview
Join ACG Hospice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a difference by providing compassionate care and support to patients facing life‑limiting illnesses and their families. As a CNA you will assist patients with daily activities, monitor patient conditions, report changes to the care team, and guide families through their care journeys with love and compassion.
Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and report any changes promptly to the care team.
- Coordinate with nursing and support staff to ensure timely and appropriate interventions.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the care process.
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
- Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
- 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long‑term care facility.
- Reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80‑100 lbs.
