$18.00/hr - $35.00/hr

• Diagnosing issues using computerized diagnostic tools.
• Performing routine maintenance: oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations.
• Repairing mechanical/electronic components: brakes, sensors, ignitions.
• Conducting vehicle inspections, test drives, and road tests.
• Communicating clearly with teammates (and sometimes customers) to keep things flowing.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Skills & Experience:
  
  Experienced in automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and minor mechanical repairs.
• Certifications:
  
  ASE certification or vocational training preferred—but your skill matters most.
• Soft Traits:
  Dependable, honest, clean, and respectful.
• Team Player:
  Willing to support others, help maintain a positive shop environment.
• Driver Requirements:
  Clean driving record; pass background check.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Able to lift ~50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Excellent mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability.
• Strong communication skills with both teammates and customers.
