Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible extension depending on business needs).

Hours:

36 hours/week

Pay Range: $37/hr - $42 per hour on a W2.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care (LTC) setting in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor residents for adverse reactions or changes in condition.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support comprehensive resident care.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and follow facility protocols.
• Maintain compliance with infection control practices and safety standards.
• Support the emotional and physical well-being of residents through compassionate care and communication.

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an LPN in a long-term care (LTC) environment – Required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities during night shifts with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and electronic charting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program – Required.

• Active LPN License – North Carolina or Compact State – Required.
• BCLS Certification – Required.
• COVID-19 Vaccination – Required, per facility policy.
