• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and adhere to facility-specific requirements

• Monitor and assess patients throughout the labor and delivery process
• Administer medications and perform routine procedures as ordered by the attending physician or midwife
• Assist with labor inductions, epidurals, and other interventions as appropriate
• Provide patient education and emotional support to mothers and families
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies
• Respond to emergency situations and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for mothers and newborns

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in labor and delivery or women’s health nursing strongly preferred
• Up-to-date BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to maintaining professional standards and delivering patient-centered care

• Experienced L&D RN with a passion for maternal and newborn health
