Job SummarySeeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. With over 40 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health/Employee Benefits (L&H/EB), the organization prides itself on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of small to middle‑market accounts, including contractors, habitational, construction, and other industries.
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits:

- 401(k) plan with a 6% employer match (eligible after 90 days).
- Manage a generalist book of business, focusing on small to middle‑market specialty accounts.
- Handle A‑Z account management, including quoting new and renewal business (10% new business, 90% remarketing).
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Utilize AMS
360 software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Licenses/Certifications:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Additional designations are a plus but not mandatory. - Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines account management.
- 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines is preferred.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in AMS
360 software is highly desirable. - Soft Skills:
