- Valid driver’s license
- Must live within 45 minutes of Sylva, NC
- EPA certification to handle refrigerants
- Eager to earn, including use of technology (iPad, dispatch software)
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
- HVAC experience: 1 year (required)
- Driver’s license (required)
