Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $32 - $53 per hour

• Minimum 2 years experience as an HVAC Installing Technician
• Must be proficient in Installation of Heating & Air Conditioning systems including heat pumps, air handlers, ductless, gas furnaces, and custom ductwork.
• Must be professional and positive in communication - Happy customers and coworkers are your job as much as technical skills.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Must live within 45 minutes of Sylva, NC
• Must have EPA Certification to handle Refrigerants
• Must be eager to earn, including the use of technology (iPad, Sophisticated dispatch software, etc)

• Performance-based pay -- Capable and productive Technicians earn $32-$51/hr or more!
