Capable and productive HVAC Maintenance Technicians earn $28.47 - $39.49+/hr! This is what our current Techs are earning RIGHT NOW!

Salary: $28.47 - $39.49+ per hour

Job Type: Full-time

• Minimum 1 year experience as an HVAC Technician
• Must be familiar with diagnosis and repair of heating & air conditioning systems including heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, ductless systems, ductwork, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, thermostats and zone controls, etc.
• Must be professional and positive in communication - Happy customers and coworkers are your job as much as technical skills.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Must live within 45 minutes of Sylva, NC
• Must have or be able to quickly obtain EPA Certification to handle Refrigerants (we offer in-house course prep and proctoring of Exam)
• Must be eager to earn, including the use of technology (iPad, sophisticated dispatch software, etc)
