The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, repacking, verifying, sorting, and distribution of supplies and equipment coming into the facility. Performs a full range of routine and non-routine materials duties in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

• Receive, repack, verify, sort, and distribute supplies and equipment in the facility.
• Perform routine and non-routine materials duties in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Some warehouse experience is desirable, but not essential. Knowledge of medical supplies is desired. Worker can reach full productivity with on-the-job training. Basic computer skills are necessary. Good communication and math skills are required.
• Other: Must have valid driver’s license with MVR record acceptable to the Company’s auto liability insurance.

Works in clean, well-lighted, heated and ventilated area during part of the work day and also works outside on loading dock. Will be exposed to inclement weather. Potential exposure to communicable diseases is low. Travel to outlying buildings and other facilities is required.

• Work involves moving, lifting, loading and unloading of different weight materials.
• Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs.
• Work requires walking and/or standing for the majority of the workday.
