This position is responsible for leading, developing, and expanding the worship ministry at Boulevard.

We are seeking a godly, creative, energetic, servant with a high capacity for ministry in a local church.

• Plan weekly services in collaboration with the Senior Minister
• Coordinate the music, worship, and tech ministry
• Recruit, train, and shepherd a team of volunteers (instrumentalists, vocalists, sound, tech)
• Utilize Planning Center to coordinate volunteers and resources
• Plan and execute special services (nights of worship, Christmas, Good Friday, Easter, etc.)
• Coordinate set up and tear down for all sound and tech needs within the church
• Lead weekly rehearsals and Sunday morning sound checks
• Invest in personal and team spiritual, musical, and professional growth
• Facilitate the purchase and maintenance of sound, video, and musical equipment
• Assist with church events and other ministry areas as needed

• Committed Christian with a growing faith and passion for Jesus, the Church, and His Kingdom
• Instrument skills (piano, keyboard, or guitar preferred)
• Ability to lead worship alone or with a band and multiple vocalists
• Experienced musician with strong understanding of harmony, chords, and arrangements
• Ability to read music, transpose, and teach others music theory
• Flexible range of music styles
• Well versed in Planning Center and Pro Presenter
• Tech-savvy, capable of learning Boulevard’s sound, video, and livestream systems
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized to plan and manage time and resources effectively
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Be teachable and flexible
• Exhibit relational and emotional intelligence
• Capacity to be both a team leader and team player
