You will earn between $18 and $20 per hour
, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid sick and vacation time. Our full-time schedule options include Monday through Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or Tuesday through Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with Friday and Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We also offer part-time opportunities if evenings or weekends work best for your schedule.

• An active Ohio esthetician instructor license
• Experience in a clinical setting with facials, esthetic equipment, and machine-based techniques

As our Esthetics Instruction Teacher, you lead engaging lessons rooted in our renowned esthetics curriculum, teaching everything from facials to advanced machine-based techniques while creating a supportive and upbeat classroom environment. You guide students as they build confidence, professionalism, and hands-on skills, offering real-time coaching, encouragement, and meaningful feedback along the way. You collaborate closely with a passionate team that's committed to delivering exceptional education, while also continuing to grow your own industry knowledge through ongoing training and development.
