Position OverviewThe Resident Care Associate (RCA) provides general, non‑certified routine services in accordance with established procedures. This role is designed for candidates interested in pursuing training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
Key Responsibilities- Assist with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and changing unoccupied beds.
- Assist with all aspects of meal service, such as transporting residents to and from the dining room and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Provide excellent customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights promptly, checking in frequently, and facilitating engagement in activities.
- Assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
- Attend and participate in a training program that leads to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
- High School Diploma or GED/HSE (preferred).
- 0‑1 years of relevant experience (preferred).
