Medical Supply Clerk

As a Medical Supply Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our healthcare facility is well-stocked with essential medical supplies to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

• Manage inventory of medical supplies, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of medical supplies to various departments
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to fulfill supply requests and maintain adequate stock levels
• Monitor expiration dates and conduct regular inventory audits to maintain compliance with regulations
• Utilize computerized systems to track and record inventory levels and supply usage
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of storage areas

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or supply chain management, and STNA license preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management software
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
