Medication Aide | Assisted Living & Senior Care | Kingston Residence of Sylvania, OH

This fall, step into a role where your skills help residents feel safe, supported, and cared for. Kingston Residence of Sylvania is hiring Medication Aides to join our Assisted Living and Senior Care community. In this role, you’ll provide safe, accurate medication administration while supporting residents’ daily needs in a welcoming, home-like environment.

• Administer medications safely and on schedule in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
• Document all medication administration accurately and thoroughly in facility records
• Observe residents for changes in condition or side effects and report promptly to nursing staff
• Assist with activities of daily living, including grooming, hygiene, and mobility, as needed
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active Medication Aide certification (CMA, QMA, or MA-C) in the State of Ohio
• Experience in assisted living, senior care, or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced care setting
