Kingston Residence of Sylvania is hiring Dietary Aides to join our dining services team. From preparing and serving meals to maintaining a welcoming dining environment, your work helps residents feel cared for and at home in our Assisted Living and Senior Care community.

• Assist with preparing and serving meals to residents in line with dietary guidelines
• Provide friendly, respectful meal service that enhances the resident experience
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow safe food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to support smooth operations
• Help create a warm, home-like atmosphere where residents enjoy mealtime

• No certification required—training provided
• Previous experience in food service, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus but not required
• Dependable, resident-focused, and team-oriented personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and follow food safety practices
