DescriptionAre you a strategic thinker, strong leader, and results-driven professional? We’re looking for a General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business performance, and lead a high-performing team. Our next area sales manager needs to understand the local market and trends to develop creative strategies that drive sales for INSURANCE PRODUCTS throughout Toldeo and surrounding areas. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can devise innovative ways to exceed sales targets and profit margins. We need a confident sales pro with excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while alsoing new customers through solicitation and networking.
Our ideal candidate should have at least a year of experience managing sales, preferably in the financial industry. No cold calling. Work from the office or home.
Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to operational policies and industry best practices
- Create and sustain a strong culture of customer service and operational excellence
- Hire, train, and mentor department leaders and staff to foster growth and performance
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field - Is a confident communicator who leads with empathy and clarity
- Ability to lead with integrity and motivate teams toward shared goals
- Understands how to read financials and use them to drive smart decisions
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing complexity
