Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care | Kingston Care Center of Sylvania, OH

Full-Time or Part-Time | Ohio LPN License Required

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Safely administer medications and treatments with clinical accuracy
• Monitor residents’ health conditions and communicate changes promptly to RNs and physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists, social services, and families
• Provide guidance and support to CNAs, ensuring high standards of care delivery
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)
• CPR certification required
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
• Strong assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
