What You'll Do

• Deliver top-quality, compassionate care that meets residents where they are

• Keep things clean and cozy—follow infection control practices and promote a safe environment
• Communicate with residents and families in a way that makes everyone feel heard and supported

What You Bring

• An active LPN license in the state of Ohio
• CPR certification
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus (but not a deal-breaker)
• Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
