Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Assisted Living | Kingston Residence of Sylvania, OH

Full-Time or Part-Time | Ohio LPN License Required

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct, resident-centered nursing care in Assisted Living
• Safely administer medications and treatments with accuracy
• Monitor resident health and promptly report changes to RNs and physicians
• Collaborate with caregivers, residents, and families on individualized care plans
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for residents
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)
• CPR certification required
• Prior experience in Assisted Living, long-term care, or senior care preferred
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking ability
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused personality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
