Customer Service Representative -Sylvania

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Perrysburg and help make every store visit welcoming and convenient. In this hands-on retail role, you’ll assist shoppers, process purchases, explain the store’s buying and selling process, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. You’ll work in an upbeat, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional development and promotion from within, subject to eligibility.

This position requires daytime availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.

• Greet shoppers, start conversations, and offer assistance to create a positive customer experience.
• Process purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system and explain the store’s buying and selling process clearly.
• Tell customers about current promotions and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for sale by tagging and hanging clothing and keeping the sales floor stocked.
• Help maintain store standards, support daily store operations, and perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work 15 hours per week during daytime hours between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
• Customer-focused, with effective communication skills and a willingness to start conversations and offer help.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and lift repeatedly, including regularly lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Vision, coordination, and reading skills needed to inspect merchandise closely and efficiently.
